Media advice – OECD reviews of pension systems: Slovenia – Thursday, 27 January 2022

On Thursday, 27 January 2022, the OECD will present an overview of the Slovenian pension system. The review analyzes the pension system and identifies its strengths and weaknesses based on cross-country comparisons. It also provides policy recommendations for improvements based on OECD best practices in pension design.
OECD Deputy Director for Employment, Labor and Social Affairs Mark Pearson will present the key findings of the review at a virtual event on Thursday, 27 January from 9.30 CET, with Slovenian Minister of Labor, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities Janez Cigler Kralj in Director of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Reform Nathalie Berger. The press conference after the event will be at 12.15 in English and Slovenian with interpretation.
