Easyjet: New seasonal routes from Basel and Geneva
Like all other tourism players, easyjet, the leading airline at Basel and Geneva airports, also welcomes the decision by the Swiss authorities to make testing compulsory for vaccinated or recovered people entering Switzerland from January 22nd and the second test between the fourth and abolish the seventh day after entry. The company writes that this is very good news for Swiss tourism, to which Easyjet contributes.
This statement is also paired with the announcement of new seasonal routes from Geneva and Basel. from Geneva from March 29th to October 29th each izmir (3x a week, each Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) and Hammamet (Three times a week, Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) and from March 27th to October 29th Heraklion flies from Basel twice a week (Thursday/Sunday). Heraklion, the capital of Crete (Greece), and Izmir, the third largest city in Turkey, are perfect destinations for travelers who want to combine visiting ancient sights with excursions and beach holidays. The seaside resort of Hammamet in Tunisia is ideal for families and sports enthusiasts.

All passengers can rebook their flights up to 2 hours before departure at no additional cost. This applies to all destinations currently offered in the Easyjet flight schedule.
