7.5 million euros. This is the amount that Pierval Santé, the civil real estate investment company (SCPI) specializing in the field of health, will invest in the creation of a new medical center, called Medic Global Valmy. Entrusted to the promoter Linkcity Alsace-Bourgogne-Franche Comté, the site should give birth to a multidisciplinary establishment of just over 3,050 m² within the Ecopôle Valmy de Dijon.
Its management will be provided by the family group Medic Global, led by Denis and Emmanuel Pouzol, today at the head of a network of health centers, presented as innovative. The spaces – around fifty in Dijon – are offered in locations in order to “facilitate the installations”, according to the company. Emphasis is also placed on the quality of service and above all on the “patient experience”.
Patient experience
“We are developing a multi-sensory physical experience within all our buildings. Medic Global has, among other things, its own olfactory signature. We are setting up dedicated and connected spaces for the work or entertainment of the youngest, ”indicates the group on its website. He has created his own application allowing patients, as well as practitioners, to manage their appointments.
The main objective of these concepts is therefore to improve the offer of care, but also to diversify it. In Dijon, the spaces provided for rental, from 25 to 150 square meters, could thus accommodate general practitioners, dentists, or nurses and other paramedical professions. Delivery of the pole is scheduled for 2023.
