Virtual Ďolíček – Turkish diary, part one

Sugar Mizzy January 20, 2022

The article includes a photo gallery from the first training day.

Kangaroos in Turkey started training this morning. The first one started at 11 am local time, players had a little more time to rest and adapt to the time shift after an older day’s travel. The next days, workouts are planned earlier in the morning.

The door of the ready bus closed at exactly 10:45 and it was possible to leave. Exactly as coach Luděk Klusáček told the players at a newer organizational meeting: “The leading team will send you a plan and whoever does not arrive on the bus in time must find a way to train on their own axis. We leave exactly. ”After a seven-minute drive, Bohemka arrived at a training center 5.5 km away, which offers a number of grass pitches. At this place we will also play the first preparatory match against Levski Sofia tomorrow. You can see the Bohemka training place on the map HERE.

At the beginning of the training, a joint photo was created, which you see as the cover photo of this article, then Ivan Hašek Jr. took the player to work. A few wheels around the field without the ball is with him for warming up, then division into four groups into a bag and further training. Subsequently, it was divided into two parts, one went with the head coach Klusáček, the other took under the patronage of assistant Veselý. The game part of the training was focused on attacking, lime centers and ending with shooting. An hour and a half later it was done and Bohemka went back to the hotel.

After returning to the hotel, lunch was waiting for the players, some used the Mediterranean to cool off and, of course, had their time to rest between training sessions. For the second time, they left for training at a quarter to five in the afternoon, half an hour earlier than originally planned. We took turns with FC Hradec Králové on the training ground, we also met Stanislav Levý and exchanged a few words with Jakub Rada. The second training was initially focused on practicing standard situations where Květ, Kovařík and other designated players poured one center after another in front of the gate. The second half was filled by a two-goal game. Logically, there are three players left of the numerous team and one goalkeeper out of the game, so he gets behind the coaches Hašek and Miller. In the end, the four Necid, Puškáč, Kouba and Kadlec played mini-football.

At the dinner together, there was room for congratulations. Vojtěch Novák is celebrating his 20th birthday today, so after dinner he received a cake singing Happy birthday from the hotel staff, other guests and, of course, parts. After a meeting for tomorrow’s program, when Bohemka plays the first Turkish match and was joined by masseur Martin Vávra and physiotherapists Martin Hes and Ondřej Stoupa, they help players with the necessary regeneration. Fortunately, club doctor Jan Češka doesn’t have much work yet, even though this afternoon he had to treat a small laceration to David Puškáč after training. However, it should not be anything serious.

That’s all from the first training day, Kangaroos. We wish you a nice evening as another volume of the Turkish Daily, we will register again tomorrow in the evening.
