/ PHOTO GALLERY / A snowstorm swept through Prague and Central Bohemia on Thursday morning. The snowfall of some of the inhabitants was pleased, on the other hand, it caused problems for drivers and passengers.

The sudden snow show complicated bus transport, for example, in Slánsko and Kladnosko, where they had to connect waiting for the road to be treated. Buses were getting late, ten public transport lines in the county stopped.

In Prague, the traffic dispatch center alerted drivers to a gust of wind at the beginning of the D1 motorway or on the Prague ring road, where wet snow and ice stopped freight traffic. The trucks stood between Modletice and Ruzina towards the airport. „D0 on the route Modletice – Ruzyně; 21 km D0 direction airport, wet snow; led and snow cover on the road, trucks are not able to continue, “said ŘSD on social networks.

Meteorologists predict snowfall in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region on Thursday afternoon and early evening. According to them, snow can come on Friday afternoon.
