Such amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the State Duma are considered in the first reading as part of the spring session, according to the Duma site.

According to the document, for violating fire safety rules in the forests of Russians, a fine of 15 thousand to 30 thousand rubles is levied (now the amount is measured from 1.5 to 3 thousand rubles). For appointed persons, a fine of 20,000 to 40,000 rubles (a thousand now – from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles). Legal entities The amount of a fine in the amount of 100,000 to 400,000 rubles (now – from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles).

In addition, a fine in the amount of 30 thousand to 40 thousand rubles can be received for burning brushwood, forest litter, dry grass and other forest combustibles in violation of fire safety rules near the forest. For appointed persons, a fine from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles, for legal entities – from 300,000 to 500,000 rubles.

This initiative was contributed by the Legislative Assembly of the Kemerovo region. It is noted that only in 2019, 56 forest fires were registered in the register on a total area of ​​more than 540 hectares. At the same time, it was found that in 75 percent of the cases of fires in Kuzbass occurred as a result of human activities, writes “Parliamentary newspaper”.

The State Duma adopted as a result of the decision on the collection of fines for undermining environmental safety and caused the collection of penalties.
