A serious accident in the center of Prague: a car hit two pedestrians
A car struck two pedestrians near the Újezd tram junction before 7 pm on Wednesday.

“Two crews of the ambulance service set out for a serious traffic accident. We performed resuscitation on a 70-year-old man whose heart stopped, and in the end we managed to restore the heart’s function, “said Jana Poštová, a spokeswoman for the Prague ambulance, on Twitter. After treatment, the patient was transported with a serious head injury to the Motol University Hospital.

Trams were interrupted from Malá Strana in Smíchov and to the Bridge of the Legions. They drove across the Old Town.
The whole case is being handled by traffic police officers.
