Not only that, but also another specialty of the Czech slaughterhouse awaits you from January 20 to 23 in the Vinohrady Parliament. You can come to traditional dishes in a garb, modern in peace in the restaurant, or have a classic goulash on a stand. And there will also be outdoor sales of slaughterhouse products. A slaughterhouse feast will literally break out in the Vinohrady Parliament. A great team of chefs under the leadership of chef Jan Pípal prepared a rich list of dishes that he will just send away. The lunch menu, which will be served from 10.45 to 15.00, will offer several courses. Roasted casserole, tripe, prawn, charcoal pork neck or roasted slaughterhouse goulash with greaves dumplings and onions. There will be ass and garlic. From 15:00 it is an ideal time to come to the tasting of slaughterhouse specialties. The plateau for 1 or 2 people will be full of dawns, smoked from home smokehouse, pork tongue or pork ears. The chefs prepare all this just the day before to make everything as fresh as possible. “Of course, it is not possible to make a slaughterhouse with everything in the center of Prague, but we try to get as close as possible. We have meat from the butcher, which we ourselves then use, but also dishes and other dishes, without which the butcher would not be a butcher, ”explains chef Jan Pípal. Those who like the atmosphere of a street buffet will also enjoy themselves. Outside, they will be able to have not only a neck and goulash on the stand, accompanied by an accordionist, but also pork greaves in a cornet, bread with greaves spread and pickled onions or pig ears. There will also be sweet dots in the form of a printed cake or a baked bun. In the Vinohrady Parliament, I also think that you can take a piece of the slaughterhouse home. That is why it is also preparing outdoor sales of light and bloody sausages, breadcrumbs, groats, herring in domestic lard and asses in a glass. There will also be a slaughterhouse service available for tasting. But those who do not get to the Vinohrady Parliament do not have to despair.
