CTP expanded its park in Brno with halls and warehouses.
Dthe eveloper company CTP of the Dutch businessman Remon Vose spread the kingdom in the Zetor factory in Brno-Lni. From a well-known tractor manufacturer, Zetor Tractors bought another 69,000 meters of square land and buildings for an unusual sum, on which the second of its industrial park was built on them. It will be the first to build here since 2019. The park will have a total of 150,000 meters of leasable area.
“We have been cooperating with Zetor for three years and this transaction is a significant milestone in building a modern city business park in Brno – in addition, to flock, which will now restore its usability. It is part of CTP’s strategy to develop business parks close to urban agglomerations so that they can easily adapt to the current nature of global and local business, “said David Chldek, CTP’s director for the Czech Republic.
