The Russians were warned about changes on the shelves with sweets in stores Russian news EN
Russia is waiting for a gradual change in the range of confectionery products on the shelves with sweets in stores, says bakers and confectioners Yuri Katsnelson. He shared his warning with Lenta.ru.
“Since the population is smaller and smaller, expensive confectionery products will be produced in smaller volumes, because there is less demand. Medium or low-cost segments will prevail. Instead of “Mishka in the North” you will buy caramel, which costs half as much, but what should factories do? They will reconsider the assortment, volumes,” suggested Katsnelson.
