The Monegasque Red Cross mobilizes young people
Until February 13, young people aged 16 and over can participate in the Red Touch Challenge. This Monegasque Red Cross operation encourages solidarity or humanitarian projects. We talk about it with Rindra Rakotomalala, head of the youth center of the Monaco Red Cross.
The Monegasque Red Cross launches a call for projects aimed at young people in the Principality. Those over 16 are invited to take part in the first edition of the Red Touch Challenge, organized in partnership with Sancta Devota Foundation. The idea is to encourage community involvement and support young people who want to lead social or humanitarian projects.
Three themes
The Red Touch Challenge is open until February 13. Candidates have until this date to submit their file to the Monegasque Red Cross. They can participate in groups of up to four people and choose one of the three themes offered. These themes are: aid to vulnerable populations, environmental protection and education.
A real accompaniment
Each application must include a 1-minute video to present the main lines of the project. And at the end of the selections, a defense will be organized in front of a jury. The winners will then benefit from support and a budget to make their project a reality.
Rindra Rakotomalala, head of the Monegasque Red Cross youth department, is the guest of the Club de Radio Monaco. If you want to have all the necessary information about the Red Touch Challenge, it’s on this link.
