Solidarna Polska has doubts whether the Hoc law – on covid verification – will lead to the goal and be effective, said the head of Solidarna Polska, Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, when asked if he was part of it as a coalition partner of the United Right of the bill prepared by PiS.
The government on Tuesday positively assessed the bill on covid verification of the so-called the Hoca Act. He indicated that he would “ensure safe conditions in workplaces”. He also suggested supplementing with a provision that the financing of the tests – about PLN 1 billion per year – will come from the COVID-19 Counteracting Fund.
It is about using the laws and technical services that allow you to operate during the COVID-19 epidemic. The project is designed by a group of PiS MPs, incl. Czesław Hoc.

The parliamentary bill on covid verification was submitted to the Sejm by a group of PiS deputies headed by deputy Czesław Hoc. As justification in the draft, it is possible for employers, investors interested in controlling the enterprise with SARS-2, which apply COVID-19 in the workplace. There it is that the employer will be able to inform about the employee about the vaccination against COID-19 or about the hamster about the warmth of information about the information obtained.
The first reading of the January draft is in December 2021, and on the 5th this year. a public hearing was organized in the Seym. On January 11, the Parliamentary Health Committee gave a positive opinion on the draft on covid verification. During the works, the title of the project and one of the articles were changed.
