In November and December 2021, more than 300 citizens, mostly from the Prague 8 district, used the senior lines of Prague 8. The strengthening of the lines fulfilled its function.

Currently, the number of phone calls is decreasing, but the severity of topics and difficult life situations that our seniors are dealing with is increasing. Therefore, we continue to offer two senior lines that remain in operation.
