In Russia, subsidies give benefits to more citizens Russian news EN
Mikhail Shchapov, First Deputy Committee of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Collections, is reviewing the position of “Veteran of Labor” and expanding the circle of people who can get it. He stated this in an interview with URA.RU.
“In our opinion, it makes sense to clarify the wording for obtaining the title of “Veteran of Labour,” the deputy chairman said, recalling that the position is assigned to those who started during the Great Patriotic War and at the same time have a total experience of at least 35 years for a woman and at least 40 years for men.
Shchapov admitted that it is possible to reduce these restrictions and provide benefits to more citizens for labor benefits, especially in relation to working specialties and budgetary organizations in Russia. “We need a new analysis with the involvement of scientists and experts,” Shchapov said.
According to the deputy, at present the list of professions that include benefits for labor veterans is established by the federal center. At the same time, benefits for labor veterans are located in the areas of observation. “The federal center only sets the general rules, lists the list of professions that may fall under this status,” the official politician.
Earlier, the Center for Strategic Research (CSR) introduced benefits in Russia for the population and entrepreneurs who use carbon-free technologies and energy sources. Israeli CSR experts are conducting an investigation called “Low-Carbon Tax Incentives” and are including it in consideration by the Ministry of Ecology, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Energy.
