Festival “Russian jelly” is waiting for guests to visit
All kinds of variations of jelly will be presented by the masters of cooking this dish for the duration of the competition and a big festival event in the Moscow region. Guests are expected on February 5.
Fans of a hearty chilled meat dish are waiting for the annual holiday – the place “Russian jelly”. It will be held in Pavlovsky Posad for the ninth time.
The event is part of the Winter in the Moscow Region project, designed to introduce tourists to interesting tourist sites for winter recreation in the industry. According to Vesti Podmoskovye, the festival will be held on February 5, and its main event will be a competition for the best preparation of jelly.
The most unusual and bizarre forms of this delicious dish are waiting for guests: they will cook it in the form of the Russian flag, the symbol of the country’s autocracy – “Monomakh’s Hats of the Guitar”, a football field. And, of course, in the form of one of the visiting cards of the city: the Pavloposad shawl.
Every year, the festival participants prepare and take on the jury more than 30 chillies, using a variety of fillings. This meat is pork, beef, chicken, lamb. Fish goes to the jelly – cod, sterlet, shrimp are used. And even fruits. The best and resourceful production masters receive a well-deserved reward.
In addition to the intricate competition, guests will attend a concert, watch theatrical performances, go to the attractions. In addition, the organizers will hold master classes. The entire program of ongoing events takes place on the territory of the Prince’s Court Museum.
