When the minister withdrew from the collective of the Słowacki Theater, there were voices that he could help in a difficult situation. Although the Marshal’s Office is the organizer of the city’s institution, there is still a gateway, but it is possible to support the institution.

Słowacki’s Theater will not be a national stage. The Ministry of Culture confirmed that this was the case at the request of the Małopolskie Voivodeship.

In its budget, the Małopolskie Voivodeship secured funds for the activity of the Słowacki Theater.

The subsidy for the Słowacki Theater for 2022 from the budget amounts to over PLN 14 million.

With this money, among other things, an increase for employees, financing costs, maintenance of remuneration for remuneration with remuneration, maintenance, upkeep, and performance of restoration works on the stone sculptures of the front and artistic façade was realized.
