Eiffage Benelux renovates future headquarters in Brussels
The choice of location was not a coincidence. Eiffage Benelux wanted to maintain a solid anchorage in Brussels and will undergo a complete metamorphosis by embellishing the public space and the living environment. The renovated building ‘The Source’ will meet all requirements regarding accessibility, sustainability, circularity, reduction of energy consumption and comfort.
“By bringing together the three Brussels buildings of our Group in the same building, we want to further increase the synergy and dynamism in our teams. ‘The Source’ will provide a workplace that promotes co-creation, innovation and innovation. Moreover, to increase our mobility modes and our CO2 within the plan,” says Christophe Van Ophem, Managing Director of Eiffage Benelux.
“Our DNA as a builder-project developer is fully expressed through ‘The Source’. The architectural design that has not been developed, low-carbon solutions and technical innovations will make it urban, economic and environmental,” adds Thierry Collard, Managing Director of Eiffage Development.

Valens is the Brussels branch of Eiffage Benelux and, as a general contractor in buildings and civil engineering, has completed several emblematic projects such as the new headquarters of BNP Paribas Fortis, the Chirec hospital in Auderghem, The One tower in the European quarter and the renovation of the Hallepoort tunnel in Brussels. Valens provides the new seat of the RTBF with capital. Valens has 230 employees and an annual turnover of €100 million.
Eiffage Development is the real estate branch of the Eiffage Benelux Group. The company is active throughout the territory of Eiffage Benelux and works closely with the various companies of the Group. Eiffage Development profiles itself as a ‘developer-promoter-constructor’ and is fully responsible for managing the development of a project through to its commercialization. The company produces more than a hundred residential units every year.
