Zele na vky vk. Prosek wants a small park to insure land without houses

Sugar Mizzy January 16, 2022

It could be safe that there will be green dogs for everyone, said MF PortES Mayor of Prague 9 Tom Portlk (ODS).

The people from Prague 9 have been wishing for a long time in the area near the Stkov metro station, and in 2017 they also showed this in a survey. At that time, 3,992 people agreed to buy the land, which eventually took place, which meant about 85 percent of the respondents. The survey took place in November 2017. 4,634 people out of 54,603 inhabitants of the city voted.

Thus, the City Hall of Prague 9 wants a long time so that the open space near the Stkov metro station is green.

We have been seeking land for the park since 2010. However, there were restitutors who first sold the land to a developer and he wanted to build the city. In the end, they managed to buy these areas, said Portlk.

In 2019, Prague 9 had a park parked near the park, which was surrounded by greenery. Prague 9 obtained a building permit for the reconstruction of the area a year later.

According to Portlek, work on the different park began last year. The planting in the new, ie the part of the Ptelstv park, is carried out by the Gardenline company. They come to about 132.8 million crowns, although the price is also for the park in the coming years.

Gardenline stables grass between the streets Vysoansk, Jietnsk, Jabloneck and Lovosick settled trees and gave vegetation, to the council of Prague 9 for the environment Jan Poup (ODS). The area near the metro station Stkov, on which there are now several roads for which it is commonly used for cultural events, the builders will be supplemented with lighting and new roads.

Ptelstv Park

In 2018, Prague 9 managed to gain green space at the Stkov metro station. The original building land with an area of 23,641 m2 between Jietnsk and Lovosick streets was bought by the city with the financial support of the master from the developer. It prevented a massive construction, which would thicken the existing prosseck sdlit. The neighboring Ptelstv park extends to these lands even on the local population.

The system of a large park will be a children’s hit and an amphitheater with water jets, which will serve as an ice rink for skating in the winter.

The installation of the water features the architects follow the idea of the landscape architect Otakar Kui, who designed the Ptelstv Park and according to him, was to become a green sea on Prosek.

The construction will be completed by two smaller buildings, in which there will be a land for the park’s managers and a wall with a wooden pergola and a social facility for the park’s visitors. The extended Ptelstv Park will end the rampart with a tree planting towards Lovosick Street. The work should be completed by 2022. New water will be drained from the roof of the Stkov metro station to the new waterfront, from which the park will be flooded.

That’s how Zahrdky is

However, according to its mayor, Prague 9 is growing or wants to preserve greenery in other cities as well. We would like to extend the Zahrdky Park in Vysoany and invite it to the city’s lands, and let’s deal with Portlk. According to him, the city fulfills the exchange of land with the company Finep.

This developer once created a park in Vysoany and everyone thought it would be forever. Only the land is under construction and I am building there. This change came to light two years ago and provoked a great deal of debate. And that’s why Finep and I are talking about the exchange of areas, concludes the mayor of Prague 9.
