Prosecution investigation for pimping circuit

Sugar Mizzy January 16, 2022

The head of the prosecutor’s office, Panagiotis Panagiotopoulos, started a thorough prosecutorial investigation on the occasion of case of rape of a 24-year-old at a party, in Thessaloniki, after the allegations for a pimping circuit.
According to thesstoday.gr, the circuit operated in Thessaloniki, by people who were sought by the authorities and aimed at searching for young women, who were forced into prostitution and channeled into such items. A case has already been filed for this circuit and the aim of the Authorities is to identify the perpetrators who forced women into prostitution and “channeled” them to various places in the city. It became known from the Thessaloniki prosecutor’s office that the victim, who made the complaint, did not belong to the girls who had entered the circuit. Regarding the 24-year-old’s complaint itself, the interrogation continues in every direction. For this purpose it concerns only one person who has apologized and has been released on restrictive terms. The prosecution is for “insulting the genetic dignity without the consent of the victim”, while the investigations continue.

At the same time, what is revealed about this case is shocking. According to the girl’s lawyer Athanasios Zioga, who spoke to SKAI, he spoke of a large circuit. “It is a big circuit, not a small circuit and it must be dismantled”, he stressed.

So far, one person has been charged, who confessed that he met the girl, claims that it was done with her will. The other two involved in the case are at the disposal of the authorities. The lawyer clarified that the names mentioned on social media are not in the case file.

It is recalled that the incident happened, on New Year’s Eve, at a party organized at the city hotel. The people involved in the rape are not residents of Thessaloniki. However, the person who invited the girl to the party is from Thessaloniki and has a restaurant.

How the incident happened

The girl frequented his cafe and knew him well. He suggested she go to a party. “Someone she trusted misled her,” the lawyer said characteristically. She went to a party with a friend. Then her friend and another acquaintance left. She was dizzy and wanted to leave in her own car. However, she could not find it and called her acquaintance, who invited her to the party, to help her.

Her acquaintance persuaded her to go back to the party, but she closed another room to go to sleep. As she was going to her room, three young men who were at the party blocked her way and asked her where she was going.. She told them she was dizzy and went to bed. She was dragged to a suite. The next morning she woke up alone, without underwear, in a room she did not know.

According to Mr. Ziogas, the girl had drunk, but the drug results have not come out. “Her psychological condition is bad. He remembers that there were three people “. He also mentioned that the girl has lost both her parents.

The phone call that led to the arrest of the company

Maybe the 24-year-old when she arrived at the T.A. White Tower to file a rape lawsuit, not remembering the names of the alleged perpetrators, however, according to information from protothema.gr, one of them had done “error” to call her on her cell phone. The young woman gave the number to the police and those who proceeded to arrest the businessman, who testified at the White Tower Security Department, was released on restrictive terms, while a case was filed against a second person who allegedly rented the suite.

Confusion, however, prevails over the identities of those found in the luxury hotel suite, New Year’s Eve. Businessman Dimitris Fintirikos denies that he is among the people who allegedly took out the 24-year-old, stating that he will provide evidence of his trip and presence in Dubai on the same date as the horrific incident.

It turns out that the arrested businessman was involved in the case with the 24-year-old, another person from his relative environment, as well as the Achilles meter, with which the catering company, when the case became known, immediately stopped their cooperation. As the management of the store states in its announcement, “Our cooperation with the employee, who is alleged to be involved in the specific incident, has already been terminated. We express our disgust and sadness for such kinds of incidents and for which Justice will rule “.

Recall that the employee of Achilles, Manos Papadopoulos, had published on his Instagram account, a text with which he apologized to the 24-year-old whom he “dragged to a place in a suite of a well-known hotel in our city, but the situation deviated during it, resulting in irreparable mental and physical exposure. girl I know and I was clearly the pressing reason for you to attend the party “.

A few hours later the same person came back and with a new post claimed that the previous one was not done by him, but by the person who has already sued for kidnapping, threat and illegal violence.

According to information, this is the current partner of the 24-year-old, who as soon as she was informed by what had happened, forced her to Achilles to “confess” that he is the main person responsible for what happened on New Year’s Eve in the hotel suite. Other sources make it clear that the practice was carried out by other people, who went up to the suite, but the girl was reluctant and could not resist or hold back names and names, as she told the police officer who took the statement.
