OL: Lucas Paquetá will “not go to Paris”, warns Jean-Michel Aulas

On European 1, Jean-Michel Aulas, the president of Olympique Lyonnais announced that Lucas Paquetá should not go to Paris Saint-Germain, in case of departure.
At the start of 2022 and faced with the average results of Olympique Lyonnais in the league, Jean-Michel Aulas gave a long interview to European 1 in which he sweeps all the topics of the news of his club. In particular that concerning the transfer window and Lucas Paqueta, author, for the moment, of a very good season in the jersey of the Rhone club.
“There was another club, however, who made a request to us”
On national radio, the Lyon president mentioned the case of his Brazilian international and in particular a possible approach from Paris Saint-Germain for next summer (read here). “I told Leonardo that I was going to call him. But no, he will not go to Paris”, an explanation Jean-Michel Aulas. And to continue:IThere was another club, however, who made a request to us. It’s a club that has a lot of money but it’s confidential for the moment.”
However, the Lyon boss specifies that Lucas Paqueta “will stay with us. He himself absolutely wants to do the medium to long term” but concedes “that at 80 million euros we are still thinking, even for other players. I am honest”
