Result: Meré was released before the Bayern game, flies to his home country of Spain today and from there on Monday to Mexico, where he is supposed to complete the transfer and sign a three-year contract.
Trainer Steffen Baumgart (50) confirms at BILD on TV: “He’s on his way to the medical check.”
