cdr

In the Haute-Garonne department, nearly 74 million euros were paid to the companies concerned in the arts, entertainment and recreational activities sector. Faced with the epidemic rebound, several aids intended for companies in the culture and sports have been reactivated.

The reactivation of aid to the culture sector

Companies in the culture sector, which are particularly affected, can benefit from several reactivated devices for the months of December 2021 and January 2022.

The device costs fixed
The fixed costs system is reactive in December and January for companies in the affected sectors which lose more than 50% of their turnover. This system allows companies to benefit from compensatory aid at 90% of the operating loss (70% for companies with more than 50 employees).

Partial activity
Partial activity without remaining charge is also reactivated in January for companies whose activity is hampered by the various restrictions (limitation of gauges, ban on the sale of drinks, confectionery and food in establishments open to the public) , or closure decisions (ban on concerts in # standing% configuration), as well as for companies that lose more than 65% of turnover. The derogatory access device to partial activity for intermittent workers is also reactivated.

Sectoral support for culture
In addition, to take into account the specificities of the economic model of the show, it is planned to reactivate and adapt the sectoral support systems carried by the national music center (CNM), the private theater support association (ASTP) and the national center of cinema and moving image (CNC).

Extension of the repayment period of the loan guaranteed by the State
In order to support VSEs in a situation of serious cash flow strain, they will benefit from an extension of the repayment terms of their EMP from 6 to 10 years. After contacting their bank, these companies should contact the credit mediation of the Bank of France or the departmental crisis exit advisor.
