The Portuguese want to keep TAP, as long as the State does not have to pay. A poll for CNN Portugal concludes 44% of the inquiries disagreeing with the airline’s finances, as opposed to 32% who accept the management of TAP Portugal and, therefore, earn money.
For 57% of the inquiries, there is no doubt that TAP is important for the country, and the airline should be maintained. Already 22% would live well without having it.

In the discussion about the new airport in Lisbon, a topic that crosses governments, the Portuguese will take sides: 69% think it is not a priority.
