Scalian must recruit again in Toulouse!
Scalian, a group specializing in consulting and engineering, will recruit 130 people in Toulouse in 2022 out of the 800 recruitments it plans to carry out in France. Recruitments that take place in a context of recovery of the industrial needs of the company’s customers. “We are back to the hiring level of 2019”, notes Caroline Nancy, her HR Director. “Among the sectors which are recovering well, we notably count space, aeronautics, and the automobile. Opportunities to be seized internationally
To support its growth, Scalian is mainly looking for experienced profiles (three years minimum) and holders of a Bac +5 such as engineering schools. “We are going to recruit in the field of operational performance: PMOs / project managers, supplier or software quality engineers, contract managers, buyers, supply chain quality managers or management controllers. On the digital side, we are looking for C / C ++ / Java / Angular developers, DevOps engineers, architects, scrum masters and productowners, project managers or AMOA It, data engineers, systems engineers, test engineers and software validation or Linux administrators / engineers ”, details the HRD. When it comes to softskills, adaptability, listening skills and thoroughness are desirable qualities. Note that all these positions are to be filled on permanent contracts.
