The Italian anti-Omicron decree, here are the measures put in place
For the first time in Italy, a new decree introduces thevaccine obligation by age group, that is 50+. The obligation applies until June 15th. Cases of “ascertained danger to health”, certified by the general practitioner or by the vaccinator, are exempt.
In fact the “Super green pass”, starting from February 15th, it practically comes in the whole world of work, therefore both public and private, always for over 50s, but also in other new ambitions. Who will not will not receive the same but he will keep his job and will be considered “unjustified absentee, without disciplinary consequences and with the right to retain the employment relationship, until presentation”. Access to workplaces without a certificate attesting vaccine or recovery is forbidden and those who do not respect the prohibition will suffer a administrative fine between 600 and 1,500 euros.
The Green base pass, what you get even with the swab, will be used for the personal services, I shops, the banks they public offices. The exception is to go and buy food.
School protocols change. all elementary schools, with only one contagion, the class remains in presence with verification testing, but with two it goes all in dad. all high school and at medium Dad would only fire at third case in the classroom, while with two cases only the fully vaccinated would remain in the presence and in any case monitored (but with the Dad for those who have not completed the vaccination cycle). Even in high school, with a case it is foreseen theself-monitoring for everyone and use Ffp2. In lower and upper secondary schools, students who self-monitor students can be tested for free.
