Winner of the last three editions of the Jupiler Pro League, Philippe Clement is particularly followed in his country, which he represented as a player at the 1998 World Cup. In today’s edition, DH, one of the main French-speaking dailies among our Belgian neighbors, moreover quotes the new Monegasque coach to explain his first steps in the Principality: “I want a team which dominates the game”.
“It’s beautiful in Monaco”
Het Laatste Nieuws, a Dutch-speaking newspaper, was also present this Thursday at La Turbie and was able to make several points live from the event. The daily website even performed a live text of Philippe Clement’s media presentation.
Belgian Radio-Television (RTBF), a member of the public information service across Quiévrain, also gives pride of place to the arrival on the Rock of the Flemish technician, returning to the first words granted by the Monegasque coach to the press.
Philippe Clément also occupies the front page of SportWereld, whose title of the article retracing the press conference is evocative: “It’s beautiful in Monaco”.
