The handicrafts of Loki start the New Year with a match of the Hungarian Cup in Eger
Debrecen – DVSC Schaeffler last played a match on November 21st, so the girls will be back on the field after a break of one and a half months.
In the month and a half without a match, DVSC Schaeffler’s professional staff has not had an easy time, as four players are in the World Cup in Spain, and injuries have made the job harder. Of those missing, Anna Kovács is still doing rehabilitation work, but will soon join the team. However, Dóra Hornyák, Mariana Costa and Luca Poczetnyik can already be deployed, so head coach Zoltán Szilágyi can count on them.

“Eger is well placed in the second division, in second place, so I am sure that this match should be taken seriously,” said Zoltán Szilágyi. – We prepare as if we were playing a first-class champion, we analyzed our opponent’s game. We meet a vibrant team playing fast handball, they have good players, we don’t think about it for a minute. that this match will happen by itself. Like every single match, he takes this very seriously and I expect a confident pass from the team.
“We are very much looking forward to the Hungarian Cup match in Eger, as we are behind the champions against Fehérvár, so it is important that we can play again before the serious tasks in January,” said Nina Szabó, one of the managers of Loki.
– The Egers are in the second class, but we don’t underestimate any of our opponents, we respect them, to give everything out of ourselves.
