Dusan Tadić feels at home in Amsterdam, says the captain of Ajax in conversation with Nova. The Serb also enjoys living in the city outside the Ajax grounds and feels at home. He therefore encompassed Amsterdam as the most ideal city to live in.

Sportpark de Toekomst is one of the places where Tadić feels most comfortable: ‘It’s great there, but it’s only part of the water you can see.’ Amsterdam is much more than that: ‘Everything is great here, for your work and your life. Amsterdam is a beautiful city, I enjoy it in every way.’

Tadić also sees enough advantages of the capital: ‘I think this is the most ideal city to live in. There are nice restaurants, everything is clean, neat and tidy. I really enjoy with every sense.’

Amsterdam feels more at home not only in the city, but also on the field: ‘In England every match is a war, especially if you don’t play for a top team. When you play on a top team here, you hold the ball and be patient. Of course we run a lot, but it’s different when you have the ball in your feet and you also have to fight in addition to running. It’s all different here, but you still go out on the field to win.”
