Active Brands is looking for an E-Commerce Manager
The DÆHLIE brand is experiencing strong development in its markets and sales channels. This means that we now want to recruit a new digital resource through the position E-Commerce Manager. The position will give you the overall responsibility for the brand DÆHLIE’s trading platform, while at the same time belonging to Active Brands sits interdisciplinary E-Commerce Team. The position will require a strong digital business understanding, while having a technical interest.
This role is responsible for the digital results in all marked. There is a strong focus on brand building, business development and strategic adaptation. Implementing the global strategy, adapting local conditions through the planning and implementation of local activities and campaigns is the key to success.
Your duties will be:
Strategic
- Collaborate sales and marketing department with a digital campaign plan in accordance with activity calendar and sales goals
- Plan and carry out marketing campaigns through social media, remarketing and activities coordinated by the marketing department
- Develop strategies that match sales goals
- Continuous business development
Administrative
- Extensive use of web analytics to optimize results and future campaigns
- Publish merchandising, prices and product information
- Prepare and communicate budget and goals
- Create and update content for the web
- Ensure optimal user experience on the website which includes graphic content and editing
- Have a full overview of inventory and customize
Market related
- Develop and manage in connection with the brand’s marketing campaigns
- Responsible for approval-based marketing, including mobile platforms
- Responsible for planning, implementation, analysis and optimization of all digital marketing activities to ensure a holistic experience through our websites
- Ensure optimized SEO / SEM programmer
- Work closely with key partners to deliver cost-effective campaigns and activities
- Monitor all marketing activities and campaigns with CRM and Offline Marketers to ensure consistency and efficiency on TV of all channels
You have:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, communication or similar
- Minimum three years experience in e-commerce with documentable results related to building E-commerce pages in an international company
- Experience with PPC, SEO, SMM and affiliate marketing channels
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce tools and analysis
- Experience with complex E-Commerce platforms is a requirement, Salesforce is a touch
- High competence with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
