Planète Locale # 8 on BFM Marseille: Ecoocéan and Sauvage Méditerranée
For this eighth program, Planète Locale, a program broadcast on BFM Marseille Provence and of which Gomet ‘is the partner, gives the floor to Gilles Lecaillon. The founding president of the company Eco-ocean, created in 2003, presents the innovative solutions offered by its company. Faced with the artificialisation of Mediterranean ports, Ecocean is developing nurseries (biohut) and farms (biorestore) for fish in order to protect larvae from large predators. A simple and ecological way to preserve underwater biodiversity. The interview is led by Sophie Hébrard (BFM Marseille) and Rémi Liogier, journalist at Gomet ‘.
In the “news of the week” section, we talk about the Christmas tree collection organized by the Aix-Marseille Provence Metropolis since Monday, January 3. This operation, which aims to give new life to conifers, runs until the end of the month. Collection points have opened all over the metropolitan area. At the end of the program, Rémi Liogier presents the object of the week; jewelry made from recycled waste. It is the association Wild Mediterranean who manufactures them in his workshop located in Aix-en-Provence. The twenty or so volunteers have tools to transform corks, pieces of glass, fishing nets… into fashionable objects.
