First boho hotel in the Alps
The first boho hotel in the Alps in Maria Alm in Salzburg is a very special place. Here true bohemians, untouched nature and tranquility, thanks to the secluded location of the Jufenalm at 1,150 meters above sea level.
The breathtaking view of the Steinerne Meer and its summit is omnipresent.
From the toboggan in the sauna
In addition to the small wellness area with a natural swimming pond heated all year round, Panorama mirror glass sauna and promising relaxation room are waiting in front of the hotel door, numerous opportunities to escape from everyday life and recharge your batteries. Whether on an extensive winter hike, a rapid toboggan ride or while observing the animals in the hotel’s own game reserve: the Jufenalm is a place of power that you can enjoy with all your senses. This also includes the culinary variety, paired with a stylish interior and a cozy boho ambience.
Relaxation in front of the hotel door
Not only in the Jufenalm, also directly in front of the door of the Boho Hotel, guests will find countless possibilities to escape the hectic everyday hustle and bustle. A well-branched and well-groomed network of trails invites you to take winter or snowshoe hikes with great views through the romantic, snow-covered landscape on the Jufen.
Those who like it faster can find the hotel’s own Natural toboggan run loads of adventure and fun. The toboggan run, picturesquely illuminated in the evening, leads directly from the hotel to the end of Maria Alm. From there, the snow tractor brings hotel guests back up comfortably, where they can either take another descent or a stop at the fallen parlors Jufenalm lures. The region around the Hochkönig also thrilled winter sports enthusiasts with 120 kilometers of prepared slopes and 34 lifts, which can be reached from the Jufenalm with the hotel’s own shuttle in five minutes every hour.
On the trail of the wild animals
The hotel’s own game reserve in the immediate vicinity of the hotel exudes a very special magic on the Jufenalm. Thanks to numerous viewing platforms, visitors have the opportunity to marvel at the majestic red deer and mouflons up close. In the newly built small animal stable not far from the Jufenalm alpacas, wallabies, goats and donkeys have found their home enchanting young and old.
