Bessarab said that the state as a more useful increase in the amount of maternity capital, child benefits and other assistance measures for vulnerable groups of the population. She believes that such social support is necessary with the help of the authorities. “For example, families with small children, where one of the parents cannot, certainly need help. If a family objectively needs support, for example, for low-income citizens, the state gives both social contracts and the opportunity to get a specialty that is in demand on the labor market in order to get out of a difficult life situation, ”the parliamentarian added.
