Green pass, extension for San Marino citizens published in the Official Gazette
It had already been announced by the Government and has in fact been published in the Official Gazette the extension of the exemption from the green pass for San Marino citizens vaccinated with Sputnik. The extension was included in the Milleproroghe Decree which, in article 22, extended the validity of the San Marino vaccine certification until February 28, 2022. As the Secretary of Health had pointed out, the time extension was necessary to allow for complete vaccination boosters.
Art. 22. – COVID-19 green certifications for the Republic of San Marino 1. In article 6 of the decree-law of 6 August 2021, no. 111, converters, with amendments, by law 24 September 2021, n. 133, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: «1. For subjects in possession of an anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination certificate issued by the competent health authorities of the Republic of San Marino, the green COVID-19 certification referred to in Article 9, paragraph 1, letter b), of the decree-law 22 April 2021, n. 52, converters, with amendments, by law no. 87, is issued in compliance with the indications provided in the circular of the Ministry of Health which defines the vaccination methods in accordance with the indications of the European Medicines Agency. Until 28 February 2022, the provisions referred to in articles 9-bis, 9 -ter, 9 -ter .1, 9 -ter .2, 9 -quater, 9 -quinquies, 9 -sexies and 9 – septies of the decree-law 22 April 2021, n. 52, converters, with amendments, by law no. 87, does not apply to the subjects referred to in the first sentence. “
