Budapest – The National Association of Sports Associations draws up the ranking on the basis of the Olympic points obtained at the world competitions.
According to the announcement of the National Association of Sports Associations (SOSZ) on Sunday, the Ferencváros Tournament Club (FTC) and the Újpest Tournament Association (UTE) came second in the unofficial sports association ranking based on the Olympic points earned each year.

SOSZ compiles the performance ranking of sports associations on the basis of the Olympic points obtained at the Olympics and Paralympics in the given year, as well as at the European Championships, the European Games and the World Championships in Olympic and Paralympic competitions.
The red and white club is the winner of the association’s competition with 102.9 Olympic points due to its outstanding results at the Tokyo Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games: in addition to the Olympic, World and European Championship titles and medals of Tamás Csipes, Kristóf Milák and Tamás Lőrincz SOSZ also recalled his gold medals at the European Championships, the Pál Péter Kiss Paralympic Gold Medal, the five-ring silver medals of Viktor Lőrincz and Gergely Siklósi, the Paralympic Bronze Medal of Dávid and the World Championship title of Ádám Marosi.
The Ferencváros Tournament Club came in second with 81.2 Olympic points. Among the results of the green-and-white club, Danuta Kozák’s Olympic and World Championship successes and the Liu Brothers ’World Championship gold and silver medals in 2021 were the most outstanding.
UTE finished third with 68.7 Olympic points: in addition to the Sándor Tótka Olympic gold medal, Anna Lucz owes her silver medal in the world championship, Boglárka Kapás, Dóra Lucz and István Péni in the European championship gold medal.
