TOKİ 2 completed 5,565 residences in Istanbul
Head of Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) Ömer Bulut states that the construction of 5,565 social housing units in Istanbul in 2019 was completed and the beneficiaries are their owners.
TOKİ President Ömer Bulut stated to the AA correspondent that they will continue until there is only one person without a home in Turkey.
Stating that the construction of the Disaster House continues together, Bulut said, “We are in the process of construction of 150 thousand housing projects of our President in 2020. We have around 820 active construction sites at the moment. At the moment, maybe the private housing supply is a little low. We, as TOKİ, will remain in the design of this house. “We are rapidly running social housing, including our metropolitan areas,” he said.
Explaining the disaster experienced throughout this country in 2019, Bulut expressed his great efforts since then.
Citing most of the residences in Malatya and Elazig, Bulut said:
“Finish our first phase residences in İzmir with our Honorable President. Bulut continued:
“Istanbul’s Başakşehir, Gaziosmanpaşa, Esenler and Silivri districts surrendered to the construction of 5,565 social housing and 142 projects. They will have the rights holders at the meeting. This is bigger than TOKİ. We have a housing project.
