Fatal accident on the way to San Marino. A New Year so so. Safety in the center: Carpi intervenes There is News
2021 ends with a fatal accident (Modena live photo). Today the openings of Gazzetta and Carlino speak of the tragic episode that cost the life of 71-year-old Teresina Mor, originally from Brescia, but resident in San Marino. While she was traveling with her Opel Corsa in the direction of the hamlet, according to the reports of the two newspapers, for reasons still under investigation she ended up against a wall that runs along the road. Distraction? Sickness? The poor visibility due to fog? It has not yet been clarified. The fact is that for the woman, extracted from the cockpit by the Fire Brigade, the care of the health workers who rushed to the place proved useless.
The two newspapers capture well, then, the subdued tones that are breathed in the city in the run-up to the New Year, limited – at least in its public dimension – to the show of Paolo Belli in the Theater, while Chalet 3.0, as Carlino explains from his shoulder, announces the abolition of the end-of-year dinner, due to numerous cancellations. The Mayor is a bit of an interpreter of the general mood in his message of good wishes to the city, taken up by the Gazzetta, in which he admits that the expectations that had been created about the dissolution of the pandemic have been disappointed. His confidence in the civic sense and in the spirit of community that the citizens have shown is maximized, saying he is ready to govern Carpi also for the second part of his mandate in which many projects will mature and many will be conveyed to the city and to the Lands d’Argine.
Il Carlino gives space, with a low cut, to Carpi C”s stance on baby gangs and on repeated fights in the historic center, reaffirming the request for severe measures. Finally, both newspapers dedicate services to the Municipality’s budget for the three-year period 2022-2024.
BEST WISHES FOR A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL READERS OF THE PRESS REVIEW.
