Indictment: Pinzgauer sold kilos of cocaine, speed and cannabis
A 33-year-old man from Pinzgau is confronted with serious charges of drug trafficking. According to the Salzburg public prosecutor’s office, the so far innocent employee is said to have sold no less than 1.6 kilograms of cocaine, at least 1.5 kilograms of speed (active ingredient: amphetamine) and 3.5 kilograms of cannabis herb at a profit between the summer of 2016 and June 2021.
Around 30 people were identified as buyers of the drug. According to the indictment, two of them were “main customers” – one obtained a kilo of cocaine from the accused, the other 1.2 kilos of speed and two kilos of cannabis.
The 33-year-old was detained in June, when the house was searched, the investigators found around 90 grams of various drugs. In the preliminary proceedings, the accused Pinzgauer (defense lawyer: Attorney Kurt Jelinek) did not provide any information. He is burdened by the results of the telephone monitoring as well as by the information provided by customers.
