The Ministry of Internal Affairs will issue a temporary identity card to stateless persons in the form of a card with a chip containing an electronic image of the face and fingerprints. It is reported by TASS with reference to the order of the department.

Also, a residence permit will be issued in the form of a card with an electronic data carrier that contains biometric personal data.

“To approve the procedure for using the identity of the state power of a temporary person in the form of a card with an electronic carrier of information for the identity of a stateless person,” the document says.

According to the order, the temporary identity card of a stateless person will contain an electronic image of a person’s face, as well as images of papillary patterns of two fingers on an electronic carrier. The identity card will be Roman for 10 years from the date of recording the biometric data.

In November, it was reported that in accordance with the new law, virtually all foreign specialists who will conduct quarterly X-ray examinations and donate blood and urine for diseases, including leprosy, tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV / AIDS. In addition to the new requirements for the provision of fingerprints and biometric photographs within 30 days from the date in Russia, examinations of narcologists, psychiatrists and infectious disease specialists will be carried out.
