One of the first in Europe. Hyundai Portugal opens ‘EV Showroom’ in Porto
Hyundai Portugal has just implemented one of the first ‘EV Showroom’ of the South Korean brand, in Europe. With which, guarantees the manufacturer, it intends to contribute to the affirmation of a more sustainable mobility.
Exclusive space for electrified vehicles, this ‘EV Showroom’ aims, also according to Hyundai Portugal, “Follow, engage and educate consumers about different technologies – 48V mil-hybrid, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, electric and fuel cell“.
At a time when Electric Mobility continues to conquer its space in the world panorama, the South Korean brand understands that it is necessary to “clarify and simplify 100% electrical technology”. That’s why he created this new space dedicated to ECO Mobility, at Caetano Energy Porto’s premises.
So, and for those who travel to the new ‘EV Showroom’, a Hyundai makes available a team of specialized consultants, “prepared to answer and clarify all questions, private and business consumers, related to electrified mobility”. They also have at their disposal the entire range of electrified vehicles of the brand, with which customers can carry out the most different test drives.

Finally and also for customers, in this new space, three different zones, available through an interactive system, starting with the ‘electrified’ theme, designed to answer all questions related to 100% electric mobility.
Also available, an area titled ‘Connectivity’, dedicated to making known smart services, developed by Hyundai, which connect the driver to his vehicle. As is the case with Hyundai Bluelink connectivity service.
Finally, the ‘Powertrain’ theme, through which the South Korean brand seeks to make known the five electrified solutions – 48V mil-hybrid, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, electric and fuel cell – made available by the manufacturer, also in our country.
Finally, just remember that Hyundai managed to position itself, throughout 2021 and twice, as one of the brands with the highest absolute sales volume of electric vehicles – in August, the month in which it led in sales of electric vehicles, with a market share of 12.1%; and, in November, when it reached the second position, with 204 vehicles sold, corresponding to a share of 10.4%.
