Launched on Friday December 31 at 6 p.m., the city’s new website, monstationnement.bordeaux.fr, will allow people with reduced mobility who hold a mobility card inclusion parking (CMI), whether they are from Bordeaux or not, to register the registration certificate of their vehicle.
The goal? That inspection vehicles equipped with Lapi (Automated License Plate Reading), flashing cars, “automatically identify their license plate as being linked to a free subscriber PMR ”.
Avoid fraud
“This new, more secure process will thus make it possible to free up places dedicated to PRMs by discouraging the fraudulent use of disability cards”, informs the town hall.
In order to avoid any Risk of fine (a post-parking charge of 35 euros), unregistered persons must provide an occasional PRM parking ticket to be collected at the parking meter or at monstationnement.bordeaux.fr from 1uh January 2022.
In this case, an agent will check the PMR card placed behind the windshield.
