Several ski accidents with a hit and run in Pongau

On Monday there were several ski accidents with a hit and run in Wagrain (Pongau). Four people were injured in the process, and in three accidents, the alleged perpetrators of the accident drove away on the slopes.
The first collision happens in the morning. According to the police, a previously unknown skier rams a 57-year-old German skier. The stranger drove on without helping the woman. She stayed on the runway and was injured to an indefinite degree. The 57-year-old was rushed to hospital after first aid.
Strangers rammed other skiers
In the afternoon there was another collision with a hit and run on the “Flying Mozart” piste. A 19-year-old Dutch snowboarder was hit by an unknown person. The 19-year-old suffered a broken bone in the area of his right shoulder.
The next accident happened just minutes later on the same runway. A 17-year-old German was allegedly rammed by an unknown person. The German fell and suffered a concussion. The 17-year-old could not remember exactly how the accident happened. He was taken to the hospital.
Two other winter athletes collide
Around noon there was also a collision between a 53-year-old Austrian and a 19-year-old Dutchman. The 53-year-old had stopped and was rammed by the 19-year-old who was coming. As a result of this collision, the 53-year-old was injured to an unspecified degree. Paramedics took her to the hospital.
