When you get back a property that the previous owners didn’t care about for decades, it’s not an easy situation. Větrušické sady outside Prague was one such example. The Vyšehrad Chapter, which has returned to the land for more than half a century, has risen to the challenge, and after half a year of intensive work, the orchards are literally unrecognizable. We will find out about the efforts behind this from the new housekeeper, orchard Tomáš Brožek and the chapter’s property manager Vojtěch Mack.
