Salzburg / Rosenheim: The Salzburg Christmas market on Dom and Residenzplatz is open daily until January 9th
The Salzburg Christmas market would close its doors today. This year there is an extension for the first time. Visitors can still enjoy the special atmosphere at the Salzburg Christmas Market on Dom and Residenzplatz until Sunday, January 9th.
The message in the wording:
Salzburg – “We are very happy for our exhibitors and visitors that the city of Salzburg has made it possible for us to extend the opening of the Christmas market. The most of 96 stalls participate and will offer their products as usual, ”says the chairman of the Salzburg Christmas market, Wolfgang Haider.
Access only with 2-G verification
The tightened access regulations continue to exist. Guests of the Salzburg Christmas market & at defined check-in areas that are located in front of the entrances valid 2-G proof submit. In return, they receive a bracelet that entitles them to enter. An FFP2 mask is required on the entire area of the Salzburg Christmas Market.
The opening times:
- December 27 to December 30, 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
- December 31, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- 1st January 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- 2nd January 9 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
- 3rd January – 6th January 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
- 7 January 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- 8 January 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- 09 January 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The main opening times of the merchandise stands: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
