PLN 50 million for the liquidation of soot-liners. Krakow joins the “Stop Smog” program
Krakow joined the government program “Stop Smog”. City fund management 944 Low-emission projects, under which ineffective heat sources have not been replaced, will amount to 756, and facilities subject to thermal modernization – 289.
Fighting smog in Krakow
In addition to the support that is quickly provided by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, it will spend PLN 15.5 million from its own pocket for the insulation of houses and sources for the city. For PLN 50 million, 756 old ones who have not provided low-emission services and heat sources will be loved, and 289 single-family sons will improve their energy thanks to thermal modernization.
– It will reduce the demand for electricity supplied by 30% – emphasizes the vice-president of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, Paweł Mirowski.
The project will cover 944 single-family residential buildings of the well-off to households.
– A stop to the implementation of the “Stop Smog” program will bring Krakow closer to the progress of our elders, which is access to one quality level of quality. For the next program, after the “Clean Air” program, implemented by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and by Krakow, which contributed to the improvement of the quality of the environment in the city and the definition of the name for real support related to the operation of infrastructure in the field of environmental protection – says the deputy mayor of the City of Krakow, Jerzy Muzyk.
Who is using from the “Stop Smogowi” program?
Currently, 11 municipalities use the “Stop Smog” program, including the company of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Brzesko, Kraków, Limanowa, Niepołomice, Skawina, Spytkowice, Sucha Beskidzka and Tuchów) and three from Silesia (Pszczyna, Rybnik and Sosnowiec). The next two agreements with the communes of the voivodship are on the website under the name and Ramazówka (Dąbrówka). Thanks to the activity of all local governments to improve the quality of quality improvement, 2,151 low-emission investments worth PLN 112.3 million have been left, including PLN 72.8 million from the state government and PLN 34.8 million of the current contribution.
A subsidy of up to 100% of the costs
“Stop Smog” is a government program designed for energy poor people. Eliminate decommissioning or cold heat sources and thermo-modernization in the company.
Grants may be applied for by: communes, inter-communal unions, poviats, as well as the metropolitan union in Silesia.
Applicants in the “Stop Smog” program may provide up to 70% co-financing of investment costs. The remaining 30% is the commune / poviat’s own contribution. – residents – residents settled in the place where the commune lived – thanks. Anti-smog resolution – may receive a subsidy of up to 100% of the Project’s costs. The average cost of a low-emission investment service in one building, in the case of a building with two premises – in one apartment, may not exceed PLN 53,000. zloty.
Who are the beneficiaries?
The ultimate beneficiaries are people whose average monthly income per salesman does not exceed 175% of the level of control and horizontal control in a one-person household and 125% of shares in a multi-person household. Perform a low-emission repair contract.
The commune joining “Stop smog” is responsible for the execution of the order on the property of its own residents. Its publication includes, among others from the procurement of services and supplies as well as construction works under the project, low-emission also ensuring and preparing the company, preparation and supervision over the implementation of construction works and investment maintenance. The commune council will be launched to execute the order, the order will be processed, and customer service will be managed to fulfill the order.
So far, PLN 180 million has been allocated to the implementation of the program. In the current recruitment, from March 31, 2021, over PLN 142 million was to be distributed. For the years NFOŚiGW22-20 has processed as much as PLN 518 million for the implementation of the program of 20 emissions under the “Stop Smog” program.
