Non-profit Musical Association. It was born in 2004 with the aim of spreading the musical culture.
Giovanna Savino
Genoese flutist, President of the Association, wins a competition organized by the Municipality of S. Margherita Ligure for “THE PRESENTATION OF THE BEST PROJECT”.
Since then he has organized the International Courses of High Musical Perfection at Villa Durazzo now in the 15th edition combined with SANTA FESTIVAL, a concert review also in the 15th edition.
Maurizio Valentini
Graduated from the “G. Verdi ”in Milan under the guidance of Glauco Cambursano with whom he continued his improvement.
He attended courses with some of the most important flutists and teachers:
Alain Marion, Maxence Larrieu, Aurèle Nicolet, Raymond Guiot, Conrad Klemm, Patrice Gallois, Trevor Wye, etc.
He has also collaborated with the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra since 1982 playing under the direction of conductors such as:
Claudio Abbado, Riccardo Muti, Lorin Maazel, Gianadrea Gavazzeni, Eliahu Inbal etc.
In 1982 “soloist on stage” at the Teatro alla Scala for the world premiere of “La vera storia” by Luciano Berio based on texts by Italo Calvino.
He participated in the recording of Giuseppe Verdi’s “Aida” for DECCA with the Teatro alla Scala Orchestra conducted by Lorin Maazel, with Luciano Pavarotti and Maria Chiara.
He also collaborated with the Treviso Theater Orchestra, with the New Italian Orchestra conducted by James Judd.
And he carried out concerts both as a soloist with orchestra and in chamber ensembles.
Since 1988 he has been particularly dedicated to teaching and relies on the close collaboration with Glauco Cambursano in various specialization courses and masterclasses.
He regularly held specialization courses in the international summer courses of Chioggia, Modena, for the International Festival of Ascoli Piceno and in Naples.
He is artistic director of the International Academy of Music of Novara and teacher of flute at the annual specialization courses of the Ducal Academy of Genoa.
Since 2013 he has been teaching flute at the Conservatory of Cuneo.
