The description of the video contains the words of the members of the association. “On December 25, 1991, the red flag of the USSR was lowered over the Senate Palace of the Moscow Kremlin. We considered it symbolic 30 years after this event to re-raise the flag of a superpower in the form of a light projection. As a symbol of the revival of Greater Russia, ”the message says.
