The Russian Ministry of Justice has expanded the register of unregistered foreign agent associations. Two LGBT organizations have been added to it, according to website departments.
The Ministry of Justice included the Krasnodar LGBT + Reverse group and the St. Petersburg LGBT Initiative Group “Coming Out” in the list of foreign agents.
“On December 24, 2021, in pursuance of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the register of unregistered public associations is included in the register of unregistered public associations that operate without the right to acquire the right of a legal entity, the LGBT + Reverse initiative group and the Vyhod St. Petersburg LGBT initiative group” , – according to the statement of the Ministry of Justice.
