Storm of the year, junction building, clinic handover and Campus Festival: this is how July passed in Debrecen – with video
Debrecen – The end of the year is approaching, so as usual, Debrecen Television’s Napszemle looks back at this year’s events in Debrecen. In their seventh compilation, they summarized the most important events of July 2021.
A huge storm stormed Debrecen in July. In parts of the city, walnut-sized ice fell for minutes, covering trees and sparing cars parked in the open air. The new 3,400-square-meter building of the Oncoradiology Clinic of the University of Debrecen was handed over in July.
From Józsa and the main road 354, Debrecen can be reached via modern junctions from the m35 motorway. The two investments will cost more than HUF 8 billion in total.
After a year of absence, the Campus Festival was once again waiting for those who want to party at the end of July. One of the largest light music and cultural events in Hungary was attended by more than 87,000 people.
