Ski jumping fans can look forward to the fact that the Four Hills Tournament 2021/22 with venues in Germany and Austria. The starting shot is that December 28, 2021 with the first jump in Obestdorf. Also in Garmisch-Patenkirchen, Innsbruck and Bischofshofen the athletes have to prove their skills. It remains to be seen whether the hill record set up in Oberstdorf in 2003 of 143.5 meters (Sigurd Pettersen, Norway) can be broken.

Four Hills Tournament 2021/22: start, dates and schedule
The qualification on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in Oberdorf heralds the start of the Four Hills Tournament 2021/22 one. There are a total of eight competition days, one for each venue for qualification with prior training and one for the Evaluation runs with a previous trial run. The period of all jumps extends from 12/29/2021 until 01/06/2022.

Four Hills Tournament 2021/22 Locations: Oberstdorf, Garmisch, Innsbruck and Bischofshofen
Traditionally, the Four Hills Tournament always starts with the opening competition in the Audi Arena in Oberstorf. When do the athletes have to show their skills in New Year’s jumping Garmisch-Partenkirchen prove it on the big Olympic hill. It continues with the third competition on the Bergisel Schanze in Austria innsbruck. At the tour finals, the ski jumpers will compete in the Epiphany Bischofshofen on the Paul-Ausserleitner-Schanze.
Audi Arena Oberstdorf
to die Ski jumping facility Audi Arena Oberstdorf is located on the eastern outskirts of Oberstdorf below the Schattenberg (Allgäu Alps). It consists of a HS137 large hill, a HS106 normal hill, three small plastic covered hills and a grandstand system.
Large Olympic hill in Garmisch-Patenkirchen

Four Hills Tournament 20212: Spectators allowed in Austria – fans in Germany too?
At the beginning of December, the tour organizer positive that the jumping in Germany without a spectator will take place. Put your skills to the test in front of empty spectators both at the opening jump on December 29th, 2021 in Oberstorf and at the New Year’s jump in Garmisch-Patenkirchen on December 1st, 2021.
In the neighboring country Austria however are Spectators welcome, as the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) announced last week. Around 4,000 ski jumping fans are admitted to the Bergisel jumping in Innsbruck on January 4th, 2022, the qualification will take place without spectators. At the tour finals on January 6th, 2022, 3500 people are allowed in the stands, 1000 fans can watch the qualification of the Dreikönigsspringens in Bischofshofen live. The 2G rules apply to all fans.
