The prosecutor of Florence asked the indictment of four doctors on charges of manslaughter, three from the Santa Maria Annunziata hospital in Ponte a Niccheri and one from Careggi, for the death of an 84-year-old woman who died on 19 March 2019 due to the consequences of a head injury from a fall whose consequences, then fatal, do not evaluate correctly.

Despite the surgery, the elderly woman died on March 19, 2019 due to the serious conditions she was in.
